“We stayed at this property to attend the last day of the BTS Arirang tour at Raymond James Stadium. Olivia, at the front desk made us feel so welcome and was such a bright source during our stay. They had lost two other managers right before the concerts started and worked nonstop to make up for it. A super fun scavenger hunt, free stickers, free snacks, and BTS pictures everywhere. They truly made a safe and fun space for Army (the fans) to relax. My first time feeling so welcomed for a concert event. Thank you to the team! The hotel was spacious. Room was clean though there are signs of age. Shower pressure was great and the room got frosty as we wanted. Breakfast was promptly ready at 6am and plentiful. I will definitely be staying here again for any future concerts. Barely 20 min walk to the venue. Beats the hour in traffic just leaving the stadium. They even had a shuttle for concert goers ($10 pp)! Wish I knew before I shelled out money for parking at the stadium.”

“Recently been staying at the Country Inn & Suites and it’s been an absolute dream! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a valued guest. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained. Spotless rooms with modern comforts, and an incredible pool area that felt like a private oasis. A special shoutout to Alivia at the front desk! She went above and beyond to help me secure a poolside room after I mentioned how much I was looking forward to easy access to the water. She handled it with a smile, made the switch happen quickly, and even followed up to make sure everything was perfect. That personal touch made my whole stay so much more enjoyable. The location was perfect, the food at the on-site restaurant Pot Belly was delicious. Everything exceeded my expectations. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely be back to stay here! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service.”

“A wonderful second stay This is my second stay at the Country Inn & Suites in Tampa by RJ Stadium. Just like my very first visit, both for work, the rooms were clean, peaceful, and quiet. The absolute highlight of this trip, however, was Olivia at the front desk. After a full day of work, I was starving and tired and hungry and she was so incredibly kind, polite, and completely went above and beyond. Even while juggling a busy lobby, she was continuously helping so many people with a genuine smile and a remarkably pleasant attitude. It is so refreshing to encounter someone so dedicated to making sure every single guest feels welcome and cared for. Because of the consistently friendly, professional service and clean calm rooms, I will absolutely be coming back. I highly recommend staying here!”

“We had a great stay here for 3 nights. Rooms were clean, cold and the beds very comfortable. The shower was awesome. Front desk was friendly and welcoming. Alivia and Justin were extremely friendly and helpful, helping me aquire one more night on an extremely busy weekend. (BTS concerts) Breakfast was very good and there was free 24 hour coffee as well as ice water and cookies in the lobby. Hotel could use some updates but it was a good place to stay, walking distance to Raymond James Stadium. We would absolutely stay here again. Try a meal down the street at Mom's Place. You wont be sorry! Delicious food and hospitality. Pot Belly sandwiches in the strip of stores in front of the hotel was also good!”

“Even with them currently training new staff. I walked in to check in and was immediately greeted professionally. My booking was confirmed and all information that I needed to make for a smooth stay, was provided. The next morning I requested housekeeping. I was back in my room when the housekeepers arrived. It was hard for me to communicate since I was post dental surgery with a mouth full of gauze. The housekeeping staff where super helpful and efficient going the extra mile to not only change bedding, new towels, full wipe and dust everything, detailed the bathroom and floor. Very professional and polite. Worked in a timely manner. Hands down some of the best customer service, (even during training new staff), clean environment, and quiet stay. I highly recommend and I will be booking again for future stays.”
